The breakfast room is part of an open plan Kitchen/Diningroom were you can watch your breakfast being prepared to your liking.
We will only accept one booking at a time so your hosts, Jim & Annette, you (your friends or family) will be the only guests at the property when you stay. You have exclusive use of the luxury bathroom. Towelling dressing gowns will be available for the duration of your stay.
A Kingsize bed with top of the range mattress assures you of a good nights sleep. Smart TV, Tea - Coffee facilities & mini fridge are in the room for you to enjoy.
Looking out over the south facing back garden to the school playing field and fields beyond this room is in a very quiet location and you wake up to a wonderful site in the morning. Amazing sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the window.
Situated next to the Kingsize bedroom is a large bathroom containing his and hers sinks a large shower, bath and toilet.
Situated at the front of the house is our second bedroom available for other members of your family or friends that are traveling with you. It contains a standard four foot six inch bed, TV Tea - Coffee facilities and shares the bathroom with the Kingsize room. From this room you can see St Nicholas church in the distance.
Upstairs with a selection of books, maps and photographs of local scenery. Nice quiet space to chillout and relax.
When the weather is fine guests can enjoy our outside seating, set in our beautiful garden with stream and waterfall.
