We have a simple rate structure peak season July - September & bank holidays. Low season October - June.
We have a minimum of a three night booking during peak season, unless there is a gap of 2 nights between bookings and 2 nights in low season. Please telephone or use the form on the left to enquire if you have any questions or wish to enquire about a 1 night booking.
Low Season - £100.00 Single minus £5
Peak Season - £110.00 Single minus £5
Additional Room - £100-00 Single minus £5
Minimum Stay - 3 Nights July to October & Bank Holidays
2 Nights the rest of the year.

Booking Conditions:
When we accept your booking, we will ask you to pay a deposit equal to the first night of your stay. Should you need to cancel a booking or change your booking dates, we will only refund your deposit if we can successfully re-let the room you have booked. Should you need to cancel less than 48hrs before you are due to arrive you will be liable for 50% of the cost of your total stay or 100% of the cost of your total stay if cancelled within 24hrs. We will refund you for any of the days we are able to re-let the room you have booked. Please take out holiday insurance to cover this loss in the event you need to cancel. However, if we are forced to close due to government guidelines, we will offer you the option of transferring your deposit to a future date or a total refund of your deposit.

Our preferred payment method for deposits is by bank transfer (Details below). If your bank/building society are associated with Go Get Paid we can send you an email invoice (this is a secure transaction. Link button to their site below.) Please ask if you require other payment options.
Balances:
Balances are due to be paid prior to the end of your stay. We accept all of the same payment options as deposits with the addition of payment by cash.
