We offer a hearty breakfast using local produce. Built in 1969 the house is situated in a quiet

cul-de-sac location with only a five minute walk to

Wells-next-the-Sea town centre and harbour.

You have exclusive use of the luxury bathroom.

With free off-road parking on our driveway.

Situated in the middle of the north Norfolk coast, Wells-next-the-Sea and neighbouring Holkham are listed as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB). In addition having arguably one of the best beaches in the UK there are numerous persuits to explore and enjoy in the area.

Annette and Jim Parkinson have run a bed and breakfast for over 25 years. We moved from Manor Farm Guesthouse in December 2022 to our own home in Waveney Close just around the corner. 

Things to Do

Magnificent beaches and great countryside to walk in. Holkham Hall to visit and Wells-next-the-Sea's  traditional town centre Shopping is a treat. There are numerous activities,  trips and passtimes to explore.

Being close to several statley homes and numerous visitor attractions there is ample to do in the area to keep all ages and tastes catered for. Come rain or shine there is always something to see and expeirence

Where to Eat

With a total of nine restaurants/pubs in the town and a number of cafe's and a couple of delis you are spoilt for choice without having to get in the car. The town does get very busy though so booking well ahead is advisable.
